Returns & Exchanges

At RIEDEL, we strive for perfection in every glass, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the glassware in its original RIEDEL gift box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for any signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
